Welcome to Lake Livingston Property, I hope you enjoy the lake area as much as I do! Originally from Houston, I relocated to the lake about 12 years ago, my previous experience was in design, graphics and marketing, for over 30 years. I spent my first 2 or 3 years at the lake, exploring the area, there is so much to see, things you could never find unless you just followed random roads and happened upon something by accident. I have enjoyed buying and selling properties on my own for years, so decided to pursue the lake area real estate business.

I truly enjoy helping individuals and families find that perfect property, and walking them through the sometimes tough negotiation process, inspections, etc., to finalizing the transaction, and seeing the satisfaction on their faces.
